As Miss Tortoise’s saying goes…When Mr. Pouty Pants gives you Silence you make Chicken Milanese!
Miss Tortoise here again with another fascinating story about her very own Mr. Pouty Pants. The story I believe is Mr. Pouty Pants and Miss Tortoise were playing a game of Words! Yes Words, you have to build words out of these little block of letters. Mr. Pouty Pants only likes to play with Miss Tortoise when he wants to, not when she wants to. But Miss Tortoise never complains and allows Mr. Pouty Pants to have his way for fear of the Pouts.
This one fine, beautiful winter day, that just happened to be 60 degrees, Mr. Pouty Pants decided he wanted to play words so like a gracious young lady, Miss Tortoise said sure why not. And off they went to the wonderland of Words! Of course Miss Tortoise let Mr. Pouty Pants win because if he did not then guess what? He Pouts! Yes he is such a pouter! A cute pouter, but a pouter nonetheless!
Miss Tortoise obviously wanted a rematch to prove that she had some skills at least! However Mr. Pouty Pants decided in that moment he was too busy! He just wanted to lay in his man-cave and hibernate until Summer watching the Bachelor of Pouting on his black and white antenna TV!
Miss Tortoise decided to make use of her fine winter day and take her little Turtle Monster out to find her a new shell, as that Turtle Monster decided she wanted to grow 2 inches each week just to keep Miss Tortoise busy.
Of course that’s when Mr. Pouty Pants decided he wanted to chat with Miss Tortoise. Since she had just given the Turtle Monster a lecture on being on her phone constantly, Miss Tortoise did not have a choice but to tell Mr. Pouty Pants she could not talk just then!
So what did Mr. Pouty Pants do for the rest of the day into the next? He Pouted and gave Miss Tortoise the shell of his cold his cold shoulder, and it was the sore shoulder that he refuse to go get looked at too!
Miss Tortoise took it all in stride and made this awesome Chicken Milanese with poached eggs instead! Nothing like eating this healthy breakfast or even have it for dinner.
Usually Chicken Milanese has a sauce over the meat, in this version, I decided to do Poached eggs to keep the calories down and the protein up! If Mr. Pouty Pants decides to stop pouting maybe Miss Tortoise will make this dah-licious meal for him!
