Satisfying a weakness for Eggs Benedict…

If anyone knows me, they know I don’t like anything sweet for breakfast. When it comes to my breakfast I don’t like change or anything fancy. I don’t want a whole stack of fancy pancakes or jelly like things on my food. I am just not a sweet tooth person.

Every weekend or most weekends I try to go out to breakfast with the monster and we go to the same place, we all order the same thing every weekend. The wait staff knows us by names and they know what we get so they don’t even both bringing us menus.

What do I get? I get Eggs Benedict, with my eggs poached medium and hot tea! Yup…I have had the same thing to eat for the last two years every weekend that we have been out for breakfast. Yes I tried to buy those little prepackaged hollandaise sauces when you just add milk or water to it so I can make my own at home…OMG those are horrible tasting.


I actually saw on food network one of those TV shows this woman from a restaurant was showing students how to make their own hollandaise sauce. I was like I can so make that!

So one of my co-workers brought me a batch of fresh eggs from her chickens and I got to work. It was so delicious! And to make things even more fantastic…I made my own English Muffins which was even better the next day!

So if I can do it…then I think even Sugar Kubes can too!
