Energize

How many of you can actually say you drink enough water a day to sustain your body’s normal functions? I know before I did not drink enough water. I would go days without even drinking water. Until the foot cramps got so bad that it hurt for 3 days after. And the headaches that you get when you don’t drink enough water.

Our bodies are made up of 60% of water approximately. Speaking for myself I know I lose at least 1/2 a gallon just with my exercises. So in order to replenish that I have to drink a LOT of water, with a trillion trips to the bathroom! I think the saying is we are supposed to drink eight 8-ounce glasses of water per day! yes that can add up!

When I get to work I just don’t seem to drink as much water as I should, but I need someway of replenishing those nutrients that I lost while working out. I need something to help recover my muscles. I honestly do not like Gatorade or those sweet, sugary energy drinks.

But how else can I get that potassium, and the salts that I lost while sweating? Well you have come to the right place! Growing up in Trinidad we had an unlimited supply of coconuts, lemons, limes and of course my grandparents grew their own ginger roots! We drank coconut water everyday growing up.

Coconut water is an excellent source of potassium, in fact is has more potassium than 4 bananas. It is naturally low in calories, fat and cholesterol free! It is an excellent source of hydrating the body.

You have to drink the green coconuts though. The brown or dried coconuts are for coconut milk not to drink. This Naturally Organic Energy drink is refreshing and packed full of nutrients for when you are exercising or if you are sick to help replenish important nutrients.

Its got fresh ginger juice extracted with a juicer, fresh coconut water, lime juice, lemon juice, sea salt and for sweetness organic light agave nectar! It is delicious to drink too!

Give it a go.
