Mojo Marinated Pork Ham

I am jumping on the band wagon as they like to say…I watched the Chef movie and fell in love instantly!

I watched it at night no less and it just made me hungry watching all those yummy recipes. So of course you know I went looking for those recipes. Sure enough there is an app on Apple that had all the recipes from the movie. Now if only we can find clothes and shoes that is worn in movies I would be set!

I did not use the exact recipe for this Cuban Roast Pork. I obviously had to add in my own flare! That is what makes it yours! A recipe is simply a guideline. I keep saying that. If you don’t want someone else using your recipe then don’t put it on the WEB!


I did not cook my lovely piece of pork in the oven either, I smoked that baby outside! I wanted the fat to slowly melt and keep the inside moist. I also love skin on my pork. Which is why I chose to use a Ham cut. I am not a fan of Pork Shoulder.

I made Cuban Panini’s the next day with the left over Pork pieces…divine! Recipe for that will be posted later in the week. Only one set of drooling allowed per day! Those are Diva Rules!
