I am happy to say I am a survivor! Yes I survived the first week of Boot camp! I made it 5 days out of 6. I refuse to give up my Saturday mornings to go exercise! Instead I decided to add more vegetables and less Carbs to my diet. And no, I do NOT diet. I refuse to diet.
I refuse to give up rice and bread and my ever faithful roti! Instead I will just have aches and pains 5 days a week from boot camp.
This is the perfect dish for this cold weather we have been having in good old MN too! Although we are above 1 degree today so we are very happy with that! Bring on the heat wave! I cannot wait for summer, to feel the sun on my face!
There is simply very little to do in the winter time, God forbid a new couple starts dating in the middle of winter! There are no activities for them to do outdoors, unless you like skiing! I tried skiing once…and I will not again. The End!
Okay with this Veggie Chicken Stir Fry, you can add or remove any vegetables you like. Switch up the chicken for shrimp or Beef…you can eat it as a meal or add rice. Many different variations you can have with it.
