This past weekend I went to see my boy Shaggy in concert! He was awesome!!!!
Not only is a very sexy specimen, but he is an outstanding performer to say the least! His voice sounded like he was on the radio!
Okay this week I made Curried Crab and Dumplings, Trini style of course! I was feelings for some home cooked food. Crab is hard to clean if you do not know how to clean it. But there is this thing called YouTube that you will find step by step on how to clean it.
If you don’t like crunching on those small blue crabs just for a tiny bit of meat, use Alaskan or king crab legs. Much easier! And lots of meat.
To go along with my Dumplings I made plantains as well, which I simply boiled and then fried it in a little oil.
