Authentic Chinese food is made with fish sauce, regular soy sauce, oyster sauce…just mainly different sauces. The two are completely different on every level.
While I love my West Indian Chinese Food and will go to any lengths to eat it, I love Spicy Beef Noodles, the saucier the better! Something about the sauce and the spiciness makes me want more!
I love the crunchiness of the cabbage and snap peas. You can modify this dish to use any meet or no meet at all. Use a noodle that you love. You can also omit the noodles completely from this dish and eat it with white rice instead. One dish but many different variations.
