How was your valentines day? What did you do for your Valentine? Do you celebrate Valentine? Or does your other half tell you they don’t need a special holiday to buy you roses!
I do like when a guy tells me he does not need a special holiday to say I love you or to buy me roses…But I sure do love getting my roses on Valentines! So he better not come through those doors without my roses! I also welcome them on regular days! I have nothing against Valentines Day.
Of course I spent my day getting pampered with my little monster, then off to Dinner with 8 other people! Definitely not a couples thing for us! It was wonderful.
Recipe Time…I have been meaning to try this recipe after seeing it in Bon Appetit a few months ago. I love Middle Eastern food. I love it even more when someone else cooks it for me! But I had to do this one myself. It turned out pretty good I must say.
What I really think this dish needed to go with it was spicy hummus. This way you can slather on the hummus on your pita bread or naan, then place a piece of your roast chicken on top and directly into your mouth! Some of the spices used in the recipe you will have to get at a middle eastern store or online. So give this Za’atar Roast Chicken a try today!

No real love for that day! But anyway I don’t like giving flowers all that much. None of my memories giving flowers have ever been a memory worth remembering or the person to whom i had to buy the expensive flowers for. When i cook her my food, it will be forever apart of her Stardust. Much better than the flowers.
