I hope you all had a safe, and amazing New Year! Bring on the resolutions, the diets, the first 2 weeks at the gym, until you gradually fall off the wagon until next year when we start all over again!
I have been so lazy about posting recipes lately. I have actually been working on trying to get my videos up and running on YouTube, but I am running into so many little obstacles, its driving me insane. he equipment alone is a pain, its big and heavy. I had to get one of those new gas burners so that the camera can go directly over the pot. Only thing is the camera fogged up as soon as I started cooking!
I have not figured out how the heck you prevent that. Then when its time to take pictures, I have to switch lenses and tripods! I give extra brownie points to those bloggers that actually do both with no effort and make everything appear so easy.
Now how did I com up with this Banana bread recipe, I had some left over bananas that was just too ripe, and lets face it there is only so much smoothies I can drink!
So I had to improvise or throw them out. I had a packet of Cocoa Powder from Starbucks actually, and I tossed that in the mix to just kick it up a notch a bit.
It smells so good when it is baking! I go a step further and add butter and jelly to my slices and eat it that way. Da-Licious!
