Update on how my 12 week boot camp challenge is coming along…every single part of my body hurts! My back and my knees cry daily. Me knees see the stairs coming and starts screaming, I kid you not! There is 5 weeks left of the challenge. I am not sure how much longer my body will allow me to go. It definitely reminds me that I am not 27 anymore!
There are some really ‘young’ no tummy fat on their bodies girls that comes to the boot camp and I wonder do these girls eat Carbs at all? Okay forget carbs…do they eat at all? Where do the food go? Cause if they can just share that secret with the rest of us I am sure they can make a killing out of that!
I have never done so many pushups, squats and burpees in all the time I have been exercising. Just the warm up alone includes pushups and squats. No wonder my knees are crying. In fact I bet you did not know there are over 30 different types of burpees! Yup…there sure is. None any easier than regular either.
I have set a goal of losing 3 pounds and 2 % body fat for the next 4 weeks…short of starving myself I am not sure how I will accomplish that! Its the hardest 3 pounds to lose. Yet I see on the wall at the gym how these other people have lost 6 pounds in 1 week! And I am thinking to myself…really? How is that even possible!
I don’t know if this recipe is healthy or not…but it sure is crunchy and refreshing! LMBO
Its an Italian Coleslaw with Fennel. It is perfect with any BBQ meats. If you use low fat mayo its not bad for the tummy.
