Brioche

by TastesSpicy

There is nothing better to do on rainy days than make bread and sleep of course! The only hitch in this bread is that it takes a lot of time. This particular Brioche has to be planned ahead of time. Mine took a good 2 days. So you need patience.

I will admit this was the best Brioche I have made thus far. It smelt fantastic, I mean the smell of baking bread is pure heaven. While it takes time and it will make you wonder how you are going to handle this soft, batter like dough it is worth it. I made it even easier for you by making a video!

Yup I am finally getting the hang of this video making thing. It is taking a while to build up my subscribers though…but I am still having fun doing these. They are time consuming but so worth it.

if you don’t want your Brioche to be sweet, just skip adding the Nutella. I made some with and some without. Make sure your butter is room temperature and your milk is warm. This will help your yeast to grown which is super important. You simply cannot Make this bread without a mixer unfortunately. There is too much handling of the dough and you won’t be able to manage it once you start adding in the butter.

If you do give this recipe a try leave me a comment. If you looked at the Video don’t forget to subscribe on my YouTube channel so you can be notified when I do post new ones.
