Apricot and Pepper Jelly Glazed Ham

by TastesSpicy

Now that we have made it through Thanksgiving…we are onto Christmas!

I am very happy to say I have my tree up, it will take me a few months to take it down, but at least he is standing upright now! I just love, love the smell of a fresh pine Christmas tree in the house! It smells of Christmas.

Have you gotten your shopping done yet? I am halfway through. This the first year I am off my ball game. I am usually done by December 3rd!

I have redone an old recipe that I had from the earlier days. I cannot tell you how much I love a good Ham. I miss my Trinidad Ham. Nothing like a Trini Ham! I can remember for Christmas Day in Trinidad going house to house or people coming to your house and getting or giving a platter with ham slices with a spicy sauce made with ketchup, soy sauce, and pepper sauce! Yum-OH! I miss that!

Every Thanksgiving morning we make fresh bread and an Apricot pepper jelly Ham and this is what we eat all day as we do not do Thanksgiving until dinner time.
