Look…I know a lot of people just love, love all them beautiful fall colors and the pretty leaves…yeah, yeah, yeah…well it is only beautiful when you don’t have to rake them leaves up when they start falling! Back breaking work. And yes every year at the same time you will hear me rant about those leaves! I truly dislike fall! Not only the leaves, but its cold and dreary. We love a 50 degree days come spring, we are all out in our shorts and tank tops and flip flops showing off our pale, skin and pretty toes…well not me…I am brown LOL. But a 50 degree day in fall is COLD! We are out there with our winter jackets on and gloves and hats complaining about how cold it is (maybe it is only me)! And it is always windy especially when you are raking leaves!
Here is what I cannot stand, I have some neighbors that plant trees like it is going out of style, they do not pick up their leaves period! They leave it to blow into my yard so that I have to pick it up and get rid of it. That annoys the heck out of me.
Okay…I am done with the leaves rantĀ LMBO.
Today’s fantastic recipe is a nice and cozy meal. Turkey Croquettes filled with delicious chunks of smoked turkey, then breaded and fried and smothered in a turkey gravy! Tell me that is not comfort food at its best.

Have never had Croquetts, but i read the ingredients and prep list and do like this dish. So many ways you can substitute the meat in this dish for something else as well for options. Adding it to a future menu.
Yes you can use any meat that you like!
