We all know the saying, an apple a day keeps the doctor away. I recently saw an article where Chocolate helps reduce stress. I agree, to the point yes it helps reduce stress, because it give us a nice sugary rush that makes everyone and everything look so nice!
But what about what it does to your hips! See the study failed to mention the add stress to your tummy and hips! I only have to smell the chocolate and it goes to my hips! Some women are lucky that they can eat anything and it never seems to affect their figure. Power to them!
Keeping with the notion that Chocolate helps reduce stress, I made this Chocolate Rum Bread Pudding. I used brioche bread which is one of the most delicious bread in my books! Its probably the best bread to make bread pudding with. One of the loaves was swirled with chocolate, giving the Pudding that added dash of chocolate taste.
Now if you do follow me, you know I am not a desert type person. In fact I rarely make desserts. But every once in a while I do like to indulge the Monster, who lives for sweets.
