Now that the new year has begun, I know everyone will be making their big New Year Resolutions. I try to make one or two resolutions myself…however this year I don’t plan on making any. I am perfectly happy right where I am. LMBO…
Okay, Okay, really though why make resoultions when you know by the end of March it all goes away? Or we forget about it. Its like the gym, everyone is at the gym from January to March, then you can hear a pin drop after that because no one shows up!
I know I have not posted any new recipes for like 3 weeks now. I am happy to say, I took a break from the kitchen. I actually went to Las Vegas baby! It was fabulous!!! I ate, I partied, I gambled…I felt like I was 20 again, until the third night rolled around and it was time to go back out and my body was like…hold up, where you going? You need sleep and your feet is killing you and your body is just plain old tired shoot! LOL
Anyway to help the folks with their New Year Resolutions of eating healthy for the first three monthsof the year…I made this Snapper with Sambal recipe. I found it on Bon Appitit. So it is not mine I just recreated it to my liking.
It is very quick and easy to make, with minimum ingredients. Pair it with a great salad and you have a delicious, heathy meal!
