Recipe
4 teaspoons corn starch
4 teaspoons milk
4 eggs
a pinch of salt
2 tablespoons cottage cheese
1 teaspoon butter/oil
Directions
To a bowl, add the corn starch and milk, whisk until there are no lumps.
Add 4 eggs, salt and cottage cheese.
Whisk until the eggs are fully broken up.
Heat a non-stick skillet on the stove on medium.
Add the butter. Once it has melted, add the eggs.
Use a whisk to start off with and keep stirring, this makes it fluffy.
Once the eggs starts to form you can switch to a soft spatula.
Cook the eggs to your liking. This does not need to be fully cooked, you can leave it a little runny.
Best darn eggs I guarantee you! You can dress this up with a bit of chives or black pepper.
