Recipe
Marinade
6 Slabs of Pork Loin Country Style Ribs Bone In
1 cup of Famous Daves Pork Marinade
2 tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
3 tablespoon Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons of Eaton’s jerk seasoning (optional)
1 tablespoon garlic chili paste
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
For the BBQ Sauce
1 cup of BBQ sauce (any of your choice)
2 tablespoons pepper jelly
1 teaspoon freshly grated garlic
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1/4 cup of beer (your favorite)
Directions
Place the Ribs on a large Baking Dish.
Add all the ingredients listed under the Marinade to a bowl (beside the ribs). Whisk this together and pour over the Ribs. Use your hands to mix in the marinade really well into the Ribs.
Place in fridge to marinate overnight for maximum flavor!
To a sauce pan, on low heat, add all the ingredients listed under the BBQ Sauce. Let this simmer for 30 minutes stirring occasionally to prevent sticking and burning. Once the Sauce has thickened to your liking remove from the heat and set aside until ready to use.
Heat your outdoor grill to 400 degrees.
Once the Grill is fully heated place the Ribs on the grill. Do not touch it or move it for 3 minutes. This will create grill marks.
Flip and again do not touch it.
Once you flip it back over you can start to baste the ribs with the BBQ sauce.
The ribs should not take more than 15 minutes to cook depending on the size. Approx. 160 – 165 with internal Temp.
Let it rest fully once you remove it from the grill prior to cutting into it.
Enjoy with lots of napkins!
