Recipe
Store bought pre cooked pulled pork (I picked mine up at target)
1 package of deli smoked ham
2 packages of Hawaiian buns
8 slices of pepper jack cheese
2 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Directions
Pre heat the oven to 400 degrees.
Heat up the pulled pork in the microwave.
Using a knife cut the entire package of bread down the middle so that it opens up into two large halves.
For the pulled pork, add some slices of Ham first to one side of the bread, then add on top of that the pulled pork. Spread it all around.
Then place the other Half of the bread over the top.
For the ham and pepper jack sandwiches, layer on about 4 slices of the pepper jack cheese. You want to cover the entire surface of one side of the buns.
Then on top of the cheese layer on the ham slices, followed by more cheese on top of that.
On the other half of the bread, evenly spread on the yellow mustard and close it up.
Baste the tops of the bread with the melted butter and sprinkle on the sesame seeds.
Place in the oven for about 8 minutes. Or until the tops of the bread is a light or golden brown color.
I like mine a little darker on the top so I felt it in there a bit longer.
