Recipe
1 pound of Jumbo Lump Crab Meat
1 egg
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
1/4 teaspoon red chili pepper
1/4 teaspoon grated shallot
1/4 cup of mayo
1 teaspoon chives
2 small Hawaiian slider buns, chopped (make sure it is a day old)
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
Directions
Add the egg to a bowl and whisk until frothy.
Add the rest of the ingredients besides the oil and gently fold it in together.
Cover and place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Heat the oil on medium heat.
Form the crab mix into spheres and gently press into a patty.
Fry on both sides until golden brown.
