Recipe
1 pound lean ground chicken
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp adobe seasoning
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cayenne powder
1/2 tsp no calorie sugar
1/2 tsp paprika
2 tablespoon chopped onions
2 tablspoons mixed peppers
Direction
Mix together, salt, black pepper, onion power, garlic powder, cayenne powder, sugar, paprika, adobe seasoning.
To the ground chicken add the onions and peppers and the spice mix.
Mix really well.
Form your chicken patties to your size/weight. I weighted mine at 4 ounces each. This gave me 4 patties.
Place in the air fryer for 12 minutes at 385 degrees. Flip at the half mark.
I usually make a batch of these and wrap them individually and freeze it. When its time to make my lunches, I pop it in the microwave of back into my air fryer to reheat.
