Recipe
5 red snapper filets or any firm fish of your choice
2 tablespoon chipotle chili olive oil
2 table spoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon freshely grated garlic
2 tablespoons Jalapeno olive oil
2 tablespoons honey ginger balsamic vingar
2 teaspoons hot hungarian paprika
seasalt and black pepper
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
On a large baking sheet late out your beautiful filets. Mine actually had the skin on the bottom, however after it is baked the skin comes right off.
Prepare your fish by sprinkling the seasalt and black pepper over your fish. Rub this in using your hands.
Drizzle the chipotle chili olive oil and the Honey ginger balsamic vinegar over your fish. Lastly sprinkle on the hot paprika.
In a smaller dish, put the unsalted butter (shold be soft), garlic and the jalapeno olive oil and mix together until butter is fully incorperated with the olive oil and the garlic.
Just before placing the fish in the oven, drop a dollop of the butter onto the fish.
Bake for 8-9 minutes. I served mine alongside mushrooms with bacon and onions.
It was easy and yummy!
***Note olive oils are sometimes hard to fin flavored. I picked mine up from the Oilrie. Look them up. It is known for its vinegars and it oils!
