Recipe
1 cup of cooked, shredded chicken breast ( I used the chicken in a can)
1 tablespoon red onions, diced
2 spicy pickles, diced
1 red piemento pepper or a red jalapeno, diced
1 tablespoon celery, diced
1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon cayene pepper
1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon mayo
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
Chopped grapes (optional)
Chopped cucumbers (optional)
Chopped cherry tomatoes (optional)

Directions
If you are using the canned chicken breast like I did, drain the water and squeeze it out as much as you can.
Place the shredded chicken breast in a bowl. Add al the rest of the ingredients and mix together.
Place the chicken salad in the refridgerator for 30 minutes. This allows the falvor of the ingredients to develop and come together.
Serve with your favorite bread, crackers or the Puffs I suggested.
