Recipe
1 pound of organic ground beef
2 cloves of freshly grated garlic
3 tablespoons of grated onion
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger powder
1 teaspoon chili paste
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup freshly chopped parsley
Directions
To a bowl with the ground beef, add all the ingredients and mix well.
Form into small golf size balls, place on a cookie sheet, cover and place in the fridge for 30 minutes to chill and for the flavors to get happy together.
Heat your grill pan to high heat.
Form the balls into an oblong shape in the palm of your hands.
Grill the kebabs, 3-5 minutes per side, turning it half way through.
Serve kebabs with hot Pita Bread.
