I decided it was time I let my secret ingredient out. This Green Seasoning mixture is in almost all of my food. And
it is so simple that anyone can make it. All it is, is a combination of fresh herbs, with garlic, ginger and peppers.

The fresh herbs are green onions, tarragon, cilantro, rosemary, thyme, culantro (not to be confused with cilantro)
but it is a member of the cilantro family. Add all this to a food processor or mortar & pestle along with garlic, chili
peppers and a piece of ginger. Grind into a nice paste. You can add a few drops of water to it to help bind it
together.

This secret mixture will keep in the refrigerator for at least a week. Feel free to experiement and add different
herbs as well.
