1 pound of chicken wings
1/2 cup of lemon juice
1/2 cup of sweet chili sauce (found in the ethnic isle of your grocery)
1 tablespoon lemon pepper
2 teaspoon freshly grated garlic
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon onion power
1 tablespoon salt
To a bowl add everything but the chicken wings.
Whisk to combine.
Pour half of the marinade over the wings, reserving the other half for later.
Mix the wings with the marinade and set aside to marinate for a few hours.
Heat your outdoor grill to 300 degrees. Or you can also bake these but bake it at 4:25.
Do not heat your grill more than 300. Otherwise you will burn your wings. Some of mine did go up in flames.
Grill until it is fully cooked through, about 12 minutes.
After you remove it from the grill or oven, place it in a wide bowl and pour the reserved marinade over it. Toss well to coat.
Serve with lots of napkins!
