6-8 chicken drumsticks

1/4 of a bunch of cilantro

5 cloves of garlic

2 thai chili peppers

1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup of BBQ sauce ( I used a habanero raspberry flavor, but use what you like best)


To a food processor add the cilantro, garlic and peppers. Mince as small as possible.

Pour it over the drumsticks, add the salt and pepper and mix well. Marinate overnight or up to 2 hours for maximum flavor.

Spread the drumsticks out over a cookie sheet. Bake in the oven on 380 degrees for 10 minutes. Flip the drumsticks and bake another 10 minutes.

Remove from the over, coat each drumstick with the BBQ sauce and place back in to the oven for 10 more minutes.

Remove and serve hot! YUM!
