5 large ripe peaches
1/2 cup of granulated Sugar
4 cups of water
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence
Deseed and chop all your peaches. Place the chopped peaches and sugar on the stove with the water. Let this come to a gentle simmer for 5 minutes so that the sugar can dissolve.
Turn off the heat, let this cool for 1 hour. This will allow the peaches to steep and bring out the flavor of the peaches.
Strain out the peaches and por the juice into a glass jug, add the vanilla essence to the juice and place in ice box to chill.
Serve with ice and you can garnish with a slice of peach!
