2 1/2 cups of all purpose flour

1 1/2 cups butter, room temperature

8 ounces of cream cheese, room temp

3 cups of white sugar

6 eggs

1 teaspoon essence


Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

Grease and flour your Bundt pan.

To the bowl of your stand mixer, add the butter and cream cheese and mix, until fluffy.

Mix in the sugar. Continue until it is creamy.

Crack the eggs in a separate bowl and add it in 2 eggs at a time, while it is mixing.

Sift in the flour 1 cup at a time.

Pour cake batter into your Bundt pan and bake for 80 to 90 minutes. Or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Allow the cake to cool before releasing it from the cake pan.

Server with whip cream and fresh fruit and a dusting of powdered sugar.
