1 pound of Brussel sprouts, outer leaves removed and cut in half.

1 cup of parmesan cheese, ground

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon melted butter

1 teaspoon oil


Heat oven to 425.

In a small bowl combine the cheese, oregano, paprika, black pepper and salt. Mix thorughly.

In an oven proof skillet, add the melted butter to coat the entire bottom of the pan.

Sprinkle the parmesan mix all over the top of the butter.

Place the Brussel sprouts in a single layer over the parmesan mix.

Drizzle with oil.

Place in the oven for 30 minutes or until the tops start to turn brown.

Remove from the oven and use a spatula to remove from the pan.
