2 ounces Mango Passion Fruit Smirnoff Sorbet (found mine at Surdyks)
1 ounce of coconut water
1 ounce of Peach juice
To garnish – ripe mango cubes, chilled.
In a drink shaker, add crushed ice. Combine all ingredients above with the exception of the mango cubes.
Shake and pour into a chilled martini glass. Chilling the glass prior to keeps your drink colder longer.
Skewer the mango cubes onto a martini pick and serve!
