8-12 leaves of greens

1 ripe pear

1 ripe peach

3 ripe figs

2 tablespoons of pomegranate seeds

4 large red strawberries

6 leaves of basil

1 ball of mozzarella

1 tablespoon of flavored vinegar

1 tablespoon flavored olive oil (I used citrus flavored)


To assemble this salad, spread the greens in a single layer on a platter. Slice the peaches and pears length wise into thin slices. Place it randomly around the platter on top of the greens.

Split the figs into 4 quarters. Spread it around the platter. Do the same with the strawberries and mozzarella. Tuck in the basil around the fruits. Sprinkle around the pomegranate seeds.

Drizzle the vinegar and olive oil over the fruits.

Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
