1 peeled and diced small half ripe mango.
1/2 cup of English cucumber diced
1 tablespoon of chopped red bell pepper
2 jalapenos, seeded and diced
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Add everything to a bowl and mix together. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to allow all the flavors to come together before serving.
Serve with Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes.
