1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Mexican sour cream
1 clove of crushed garlic
1/2 teaspoon hot paprika
1/4 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh chives
1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
In a big bowl combine all the ingredients from above. Tastes as you go. If you like your dressing a little more less thick, add more buttermilk.
Play with the recipe, if you are watching you fat intake switch up with low fat mayo and sour cream.
Chill for a few hours before serving.
