2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

3 ripe bananas, mashed

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

1/4 cup of softened butter

3/4 cup white sugar

2 eggs

1/3 cup Greek yogurt


Heat oven to 350 degrees.

In a bowl combine all the dry ingredients, the flour, baking powder, cinnamon powder and cocoa powder.

In another bowl cream/whisk together the butter and sugar. After it is fluffy, add in the eggs and Greek yogurt. Combine.

Slowly add in the dry ingredients and combine. Fold in the mashed banana.

Pour the cake mix into a buttered and floured baking pan.

Place in the oven to bake for 45 minutes.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool before slicing…if you can resist that long! Serve with a dab of butter and jelly!
