3 large carrots
2 beets, any color
1/4 cup of Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon dill
2 tablespoon granola (optional)
pinch of salt
Peel the carrots and the beets.
Chop the carrots and the beets into matchsticks.
Add Greek yogurt, dill and salt to it and mix.
Top with crunchy granola! Chill and serve.
