4 cups of carrots juice
2 honey crisp apples
1 cup of celery juice
2 tablespoon cane syrup ( or brown sugar)
1 cup of soy milk
1 teaspoon of essence
First off this requires a juicer. So you are going to extract the juice from the carrots, celery and apples.
Mix everything together and place in the fridge to chill for an hour.
Serve instead of a meal.
