I think it is officially the Flu season! Everyone is coughing, sneezing or plain old irritable! Where I live, we do not get fresh salted pig tails…or salted beef. I recently went to our local Guyanese Grocery and guess what? They had a brand new shipment of salted pig tails and salted beef! Ah thanksgiving is finally over, I am not sure if that is good or bad, as now I have to start planning for Christmas.
