I think it is officially the Flu season! Everyone is coughing, sneezing or plain old irritable! We have this saying in Trinidad, if you are sick, ginger tea and Fish Broth (broff) will heal every ailment! Yep the first sign of a sneeze, its Fish Soup for you. At least it is in my household. Where I live, we do not get fresh salted pig tails…or salted beef. I recently went to our local Guyanese Grocery and guess what? They had a brand new shipment of salted pig tails and salted beef! Ah thanksgiving is finally over, I am not sure if that is good or bad, as now I have to start planning for Christmas.
