I will be the first to admit, I am a dark meat kind of gal. Give me my Chicken leg or my Chicken wing any day! I do not like Turkey Boob or Chicken Boob! Its always so meaty and I feel like I am chewing forever. I love me some bone on my meat. Why on earth we are having a conversation about Turkey Boobs you are wondering?

I started a new challenge at my Fit Body Bootcamp. I know, I know, its like I have a gluttony for punishment. However this time its only 6 weeks instead of 12, so the difference is you must start to eat really good at the very beginning instead of easing into it.

Its actually a really good program as they provide food guidance and they kick butt in our 30 minute session. And there is an awesome prize that I must win! Me must win!

And because of this six week challenge my faithful followers…I share with you some healthy options of Turkey Boob and a Blueberry Vinaigrette! Have you ever noticed the only time you fantasize about carbs are when you are not allowed to eat it! I am not on a low carb diet by any means, but I am trying to watch how much I eat and of course all I think about now is bread and rice and pasta! And yesterday was my first day!

Okay I made this seasoned Turkey Boob that I threw in my air fryer and really it was delicious and I mean that since I already said I don’t like boob meat. In the meal plan that we are using as a guidance, the salads do not have dressings…I need my dressing. And even though I ma a die hard Ranch dressing person, I am willing to modify it with this Blueberry Vinaigrette, at least for the next 6 weeks!
